What is Event Trekker?
Event Trekker is a mobile and web app for planning and running short international trips of about 3–5 days. It brings your bookings, tickets, expenses and travel companions into one timeline that shows each activity in the venue's local time, reminds you before each one, and keeps working offline at the venue.
Why we built it
Most travel tools are good at the planning and then leave you on your own the moment you land — when your tickets are buried in email, your phone shows the wrong time zone, and your group is asking "what's next?" in a chat that's scrolled out of view. Event Trekker was built for that part of the trip: the day you're actually there.
Who it's for
Event Trekker is for the person who plans the trip for one, two or three families and ends up as everyone's guide — and for the travel companions who just want to see the plan, find their ticket, and know where to be. It fits families and small groups taking short trips abroad.
